Air Marshal (Retd) TJ Master, CMD is an accomplished executive management professional who has lead multiple-divisions in geographically separate areas in both national and international environment. He has over four decades of experience in aviation and security issues with extensive international experience in the USA, the Middle East and other countries. He has guided projects and given strategic advice to Govt, private and multinational companies in India, in the aerospace, security, IT and infrastructure sectors.

Mr. T. J. Master is a management specialist and has immense knowledge and experience in the fields of marketing, advertising, sales, telemarketing, product development, product management, market research, customer relationship management, CRM, customer service, after sales, budgeting and international business. He is based in the US and is the Director, International business for MAC besides operating his independent business there.

Gp. Capt. J.N Rampal (Retd.) has over 35 years of experience in systems development, software development and telecommunications. At MAC, he is responsible for advising clients on advanced technology and strategy. Gp. Capt. Rampal is based out of Delhi, India.

Prior to MAC, he was Chief Technology Officer at Elcom, a System Integration company; Chief Operating Officer at ORG TechUnified, a global software product and services company; VP at Accent Consulting, an Enterprise Asset Management and software development company and Head of the Tellabs R & D centre which he setup to develop telecommunications software products.

Gp. Capt. Rampal has extensive experience in the Indian Air Force where he was responsible for design, development and deployment of multi-site networked radar systems, avionics software for fighter aircraft and real time decision support systems for military operations.

Gp. Capt. Rampal has an M.Tech in Communications and Computing Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur; an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi and a B.E. in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

Dr. K. Ramchand is a PhD (Systems Engg) in Interdisciplinary Dept of Aeronautics & Dept of Automation from IISC, Bangalore. He was the Director, Centre for Airborne Systems, Dept. of Defence R&D, Govt of India for 11 years. At CABS his main responsibility was to develop airborne electronic systems on a flying platform for early warning, command and control functions. He has also occupied several other distinguished positions in DRDO. He continues to function as a consultant to several overseas organisations as a testimony to his vast knowledge and experience in the aeronautical industry.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Saxena Three decades of outstanding professional career culminating in assignment of key top-management positions, including Managing Director of a large Public Sector undertaking. Commended for steering and positioning the organization strongly on all fronts, including productivity and high technology. Recipient of several national honors and awards.

Rich experience as a diplomat in Indian Embassy, Moscow, for fostering strong political and industrial ties between the two countries.

Rich technology background, especially in respect of combat aircraft operating with the Indian Air Force. Acknowledged as a thought leader in aerospace manufacturing. Team leader with extraordinary people oriented skills.
