MAC has been tasked to assist in identifying, analyzing and facilitating discussions with potential targets for investments by IGC in sectors such as Aviation, Healthcare, Hospitality, Infrastructure and Energy. IGC has acquired two infrastructure companies, ie, Sricon Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Nagpur and Techni Bharathi Ltd, Kochi in March 2008 in which MAC played an important role.
